I'm having hb level of only 9 gms. Plz help

hi Lomini ! try out following methods, cook veggies in an iron vessel, have two eggs everyday , increase your green vegetables intake but also take Vitamin C which helps in better absorption of iron. take amla or add lemon. u could try dhania and pudhina chutney and add amla to it. have gud-chana (jaggery and roasted chana). increase your intake of pulses like rajma, chana, cow peas, chickpeas etc. if u are a non vegetarian try meats rich in Iron. have good intake of fluids. take iron supplements as prescribed by your gynaecologist. hope this helps!
