I'm having hb level of only 9 gms. Plz help

Hi Lomini, include spinach, beetroot, pomegranate and all green leaf vegetables will help.

hi Lomini ! try out following methods, cook veggies in an iron vessel, have two eggs everyday , increase your green vegetables intake but also take Vitamin C which helps in better absorption of iron. take amla or add lemon. u could try dhania and pudhina chutney and add amla to it. have gud-chana (jaggery and roasted chana). increase your intake of pulses like rajma, chana, cow peas, chickpeas etc. if u are a non vegetarian try meats rich in Iron. have good intake of fluids. take iron supplements as prescribed by your gynaecologist. hope this helps!

Hi . The best way to increase hb naturally is by having dates, pomogranate, leafy vegetables and chikoo fruit. Having atleast 6 dates a day. Good Luck

HB usually comes down to 9 in pregnancy due to hemodilution. if ur consultant is monitoring it n giving iron supplements then there is no need to worry.

the best way to increase hb during pregnancy is to have a paan ka leaf,put lil saunf and alsi that is flax seeds n have it after lunch.
