If you are non-vegetarian, you can eat red meat. Though there are vegetarian sources with good iron content (spinach is NOT one of them) like cauliflower leaves, carrot leaves, they also have lot of phytates which interfere with absorption. best bet during pregnancy is tablets.

I am a nutritionist, so I will comment only on your Hb. Dates DO NOT have sufficient iron to maintain haemoglobin in normal women, let alone pregnant mothers. I hope you were given iron supplements throughout your pregnancy which you should be taking from your second trimester. Talk to your gynaecologist and start taking now. You will need iron supplements even after delivery

as u are already 37 weeks not much time is there to build up your hb levels. Apart from nutrition start taking iron supplements probably advised by your Gynae. And get a repeat test done after 2 weeks.
