hello I am doing exclusive breastfeeding fr ma 3 months old daughter. I started taking lactare tablets fr past ten days since supply was low. it got gud result DAT I was satisfied wit every feed but now again ma breast is always loose nd very less milk secretion even though am continuing lactare ...plz advice

P reethi... how abt ur diet? Are you having rich lactating foods on daily walks...

hi.. am taking oats breakfast, lunch wit rice nd veggies nd dinner idly dhosa r roti.. inbet two fruits, barley water, garlic, fenugreek seeds nd 3 times milk.. this is wat my diet is nd I take more than 3 ltrs of water.. I am very much worried now

hi Preethi I am using galact powder. In a glass of milk with 2 spoons of powder. i think it is better for sufficient milk. I am drinking daily 2 times.
