Hello everyone.. my baby is 1 month old.. I am giving her first breast feeding then formula feed from day 1. first week she was passing less than 6 pee so doctor suggested me to formula feed her after breast feeding. after first week she is passing pee around 10 times(only 2 times I am giving formula feed rest all breast feeding) 1. I want to completely give breastfeeding to my baby but she is crying with hunger after feeding her around 30 to 45 minutes on both breasts is my milk is not enough? 2. she is getting frustrated some times while latching and breasts are always soft except 2 or 3 times. does this indicate low milk supply please guide me.

hi prakruthi uddaraju ! the more often u would feed ur baby , better would be the supply. bottle feed and breastfeed simultaneously would cause nipple confusion and baby would gradually shift to formula feed due to the ease with which it flows with lil efforts.. therefore please keep trying, it might take time but with efforts she would learn to latch on breasts.. here is a blog on how to improve lactation.. please do go through it. Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/9-tips-to-increase-breast-milk-supply-in-lactating-moms/812?ptref=sa0l000030g00mk
