low weight gain in 32 weeks

I m 32 weeks pregnant and till date I only gained 6 kgs, I didn't gain any weight in last 2 doctors visit which was 15 days apart. doctor also said my weight gain is below normal. I should have gained 9-10 kgs. this low weight gain will result into low birth weight of baby which is not expected. anyone facing similar problem? what foods can I have to increase weight? please reply..

weight gain is important but if u not gaining so stop thinking about it.. Now u r in 32 week ..Eat healthy fresh fruits,1 Glass juice,soup before lunch & dinner ,1 glass milk ,1 cup curd,Dal & veggie & a hand full of dry fruits ...specially Almond & wallnuts... Think positive... All the best
