hi everyone. mera beta 3yrs ka h. delivery k baad se mujhe bhut jada lower back me pain hone laga hai mai thoda sa b jhuk kr kaam kr leti hu to mujhe straight hone me bhut pai hota hai and mujhe gas ki problm b ho gai hai bhut paresan hu plz help

ho Rangoli Agrawal ! aap belly se fat reduce karey issey back pain kaam ho sakta hai. aur diet ka pattern or timings mai change laye. jaise ki raat ko 8 baje tak dinner kar le, uske baad walk par jayein. halka khana khaye, oily fatty khana avoid karey aur fruits, salads khayein. exercise add karey apne regime mai. aap yoga bhi kar sakti hai. is blog se aapko madad milegi. Hi Rangoli ,at present i think you need calcium supplemnt and multivitamin that would b benefecial ,aap jhuk kar chiz na uthaen.. but knee ko slight fold kar ke waise kaam karen... hot water bag helps a lot in such situations... come of this pain then follow yogasans for backpains and eat healthy n nutritional diet...
