do we get lower back pain in 8th week? is it normal??

hi Ana Rajan !lower back pain in 8 th week could be due to growing size of uterus.. if its too much to bear with , please consult ur doc , who would then prescribe u a painkiller .

can we use volini to ease pain??

one has to be little conservative in use of medicines during pregnancy. topical medicines like volini or relispray can get absorbed and affect the foetus.. please avoid using any medicine without consulting ur doc.
