Hi, my child will be going to pre-school in some days. For this, there would be change in his entire schedule, right from breakfast to lunch. I wanted to know how can I make my child eat lunch once he is back from preschool as by the time he would return, he would be too tired n would want to sleep. I m not sure if he would agree to a full meal. please suggest how to take care of this and also if you have other food ideas which would act as supplement to lunch for the time being.

Hi, In most of the schools, there will be snack time ,pre lunch at around 10:30AM or 11AM. So you will have to send portion of child's breakfast for snacks. Once your child is back engage him until he finishes off his lunch. Then put him to sleep. Initially it is quite tedious but then he will get used to that routine. It is better to change his routine from now so he will get acquainted with new routine before going to school.
