When you are introducing solids, best practice is to get the diet chart from your paediatrician. after that, for recipes you can look at the blogs here.

hi... now I have started giving apple puree and potato puree for my 5month 26 days daughter..... my question is now cold weather has begun... so what fruits are suitable to give to prevent from cold ....?
