thank you Neha!!and good recipe will def try it for him.. my son doesn't go to play school yet!... can u suggest some more calorie rich and enery rich food recipes..

At dis age kids start becomming vry fussy abt food. Apart frm milk try giving him vegetable soup if he likes n try makin it tastier by adding onion or hing or jeera in it. U cn add Amul Butter if it suits him. Boiled potato is nutritious as well as it cn make him gain some weight. U cn also make potato chips at hom. Try mixing veges wit his dal chawal. My son is 2. 7yrs nw. Wen he ws 2. 2 i used to giv him mashed roti wit milk n sugar n rice n Vegetables n Cheese ka ladoos. Cooked rice n vegetables n cheese, put it in a grinder. wen everything will get mixed n mashed u cn mould soft n small ladoos out of it. Put more of coloured vegetables so the ladoo becomes coloured n its fascinating for kids. More Beetroot= Red Ladoo , More Palak= Green Ladoo. Let me kno if worked. N most importantly hv loads of patience. Does he go to a play school? U cn use tat time to make his food. N tk a nap during his nap time. Best of Luck.
