Mothers ke liye lunch mai roj kuch naya pack karna ek bhut badi pareshaani hai. But Variety dena tiffin mai bhi bhut jaroori hai. Aap bacchey ke liye idli ,dosa ,utappam, ya sewiyan mai bhut sari vegetables daal kar bana saktey hai. Aap whole grain pasta, noodles mai vegetables daal ka bana saktey hai. Aap malai parntha, palak/bathua/methi / paneer parantha bana saktey hai . Aap bacchey ko daal ka Wada ya ghia kofta green home made chutney ke saath bhi de saktey hai. Aap besan cheela, poha, upma bhi khub sari sabjiyan daal kar ban saktey hai. Pancakes, appam, waffles bhi healthy tarike se banaya ja sakta hai.
