Kya aapka kehne ka matlab hai ki aapko khatte dakaar aa rahe hain? Agar haan to aisa badazmi ke Karan ho sakta hai. Aap ek baar mein bahut sara khana nahin lijiye. chote chote Meals lein jismein serving size small Ho. Aap jin cheezo se Acidity ya gas avoid Karen. Jyada fried, salty, sweet ya bahar ka khana nahi lein. Khaney aur Sone mein at least 1 hr ka gap rakhen. Khane ke baad thoda Ghar per hi tehal lein. Agar jyada pareshani hai to kripya Apne Doctor ki Salah lijiye.

Govind aapko aise khatey dakaar bahut saara spicy hot n oily food khaane se aa sktein hain.. apna khana home cooked simple and nutritious rhkein.. isme fruits and salad ko bhi le... aapko apna meal ekk saath nhi khana.. balki.. chote chote 6-7 meals mein divide kr k purrey din mein khana hai.. thodi quantity mein khaane se digestion assaan hoga or apna khana raat ko sone se minimum ek ghantaa pahle khaaeye.. or thoda walk bhi kriye... Apne aap ko thaakana nhinhai.. aurndictir se mil KR apne liye Salah lein .. kyunki unhe aapki physical situation ache se ptà hogi
