midnight wake up

my daughter is 19 months but she still wakes up twice in the night for feed... I have stopped breast feeding when she was 11 months... I use to express milk n give so she has a habit of bottle feed since birth... I want to stop her mid night feed... please help

What you can do is give solid before tucking her to bed and it is difficult to stop them getting up in night as my is 17month and she get up more than 10 times for feed.
