Hi, As home remedy, you can try below: 1. 1-2 small pieces of dry coconut, 2. Khaskhas- one teaspoon with milk 3. Dry dates with coconut powder, almond all mixed with milk.

Hi Navya, to increase breast milk take full loaf of bread daily. Along with that soak 10 badam over night n have it in the morning. Fish n chicken n also mutton legs soup will give u good flow.

to increase your breast milk... take liquids and add masur daal, papaya, bottle groud, raw banana to your daily diet... and fish and chicken also help you to increase breast milk... and to maintain good flow of milk try to take lemon water every morning.. it helps to purify milk and also helps in loosing pregnancy weight...

Hi Navya, U can include methi tea, jeera powder with milk, himalya shatvari tablets (twice a day) with milk, ginger and jaggery in ur diet. It will definetly work for u.

hi navya , there is no fix diet for every baby. if your cry after feeding or she is not wetting her nappy more often. it means baby she is hungry. drink enough milk, add jeera in your diet, raw papaya helps. if these things do not work. consult your doctor.
