hi sister.. make your diet rich in rice, dairy products and egg. using fenugreek seeds in your diet is also help to increase breast milk. and drink lots of water..

take warm rice water. u can mix rice water (warm)and dal ka Pani (warm) with spoonful ghee

Try satavarex powder. mixed with milk. 3 times a day. It will increase your milk in a week. I have personally used it and now I don't need it. After 3 boxes my body is producing milk on its own

Hi... Always think that u have enough milk fr ur baby... Be confident on this.... Take perfect diet... Hav more liquids, every mom can produce enough milk fr their babies.... Eat badaam. It takes a month time fr few mommies... But fr sure u can express milk. Happy motherhood. :)

Add Fenugreek,Cumin,Ajwain,Fennel seeds in water and boil it. Drink this water. It helps for milk production and your child won't be gassy. Eat more coconut dried one,if the child has no cough you can eat tender coconut too. Milk and oats help. Black sesame seeds help too. Im eating all this it helps.
