Hi, my baby is one year nine months old now.. When she was six months old I was suffering from milk lump and my doctor wanted me to stop beat feeding and remove the lump.. Then I started with simlac advance.. But she was suffering from loose motion.. Doctor told me she is suffering from milk protein allergy.. Then as per doctor's advice we started with isomil soy based formula .. She is fine now.. But I wanted to start with horlicks and regular milm as she is growing and not eating food properly.. But within a week she is again getting loose motion.. Please suggest me how to tackle this issue.. And how can I start them milk.. But daily basis I am adding 2 table spoon of milk in morning ragi Kanji.. Please help me..

Hi Vijithra, is she suffers from loose motion when you add milk to her foods? if not then give milk added to food like daliya, suji, sabudana, oats. In fruits puree also add milk, give banana mashed in milk. But as your baby is allergic just ask your doctor before introducing and keep an eye on your baby.

Yeah.. Even if I add milk in some food also she suffers from loose motion.. Sometimes stomach pain.. Only few spoon of milk she can have, if she takes more than that she suffers.

Hi Vijithra.... even my son suffered from milk protein allergy... but he is able to tolerate milk n milk products now... stop giving her milk for few days and let loose motions control... then start giving her buttermilk and curd for few days... check for reactions n motions... later u can give her milk in gradually increasing quantities..
