hi friends my 2 years daughter not drink milk can you suggest some other food made from milk.

Hii Rashmi .. u can give her paneer,curd, custard, shakes etc

cheese is also very good source of calcium. try adding chocolate syrup to milk. as your baby is 2 years old now u can start giving pediasure or Horlicks type of drink too.

Hey. milk alone is not gud source of calcium. Try giving all milk products like butter, cheese, panneretc. also try adding some fruits tomilk n make milk shakes. dual benefits

try to give her in some way because it is just a begining. but dont go for complain or other stuff because child will never have plain milk. try to make milk with elaychi,ginger,saunf iy will taste good and benefit also. play with her. take your cup of milk along. and yoh can add curd in her diet. i would prefer milkshakes instead of bournvita or some other hype stuff.

Waise, it's OK if child is not taking milk, I know it's a source of calcium, but that u can substitute with so many other calcium rich food like cheese, curd(more calcium then milk), makhana(fox nut) very good source of calcium. No need to worry of child is not taking milk, but still keep trying for milk

it's alright if you are daughter is not drinking milk. milk is hyped anyways.. you get double calcium fro. m 1 glass of orange juice than 1 glass of milk. so it's alright if she doesn't like milk, give her other dairy products like dahi, buttermilk, paneer, tofu. (soya paneer)
