help mam,,my daughter is 2years and 9months old,,,she is very addicted in mobile phonez and watching all the time YouTube jonny Jonny yes papa.. please suggest me,,I am so worried ..

hi Divya Mehra Sehgal ! keep her occupied with some age appropriate activity.. plan her schedule and take her out to the park, or play games like puzzles, etc.. keep mobile out of sight. avoid using it in front of her.
