Mangala Tikale you must sit in a quiet dark place and without any movement of yours... Just lie still then you will be able to feel the motion of the baby if still the motion is not felt by you .....you must consult your doctor and take advice

Helo Mangala Tikale when i was pregnant i too had this problem like not feeling the movements daily but baby will be moving here and there. So don't get tensed. You will feel frequent movements only after six or seven months of pregnancy only. Because when they are on particular pose then only we will feel the movement as still the baby is small in size. When baby reaches the full growth then only you will feel frequently. And in the beginning you will have only small movements which is known as quickening means very mild movements. Within you feel the movements that will pass. So be idle and check you might feel. Its just jerk movements.

As Jyoti Tejpal and Sangeetha Krishnaswami suggested don't panic, just lie down in a room with dim lights. Focus on the movements. If u still feel there are less than 10 movements in 2 hours, please do consult yr doc. U could notice movements after having a snack or poke gently on yr baby bump. Or even try spotting a flashlight on the baby bump for few seconds. U might notice some movements. take care Mangala Tikale !
