Rimjhim Roy sometimes when a person feels bound by responsibilities, not by choice but because it's her duty, she starts feeling suffocated. As she is not able to live her life ,the way she wants to and is not getting time for herself ,in such a situation ,anger is inevitable. Try and take out at least one hour for yourself everyday and do what u enjoy doing the most. Pamper yourself sometimes without having a guilt feeling. Have a friends circle, go out and live a life .do not restrict yourself to the four walls of the house.

But Shikha Batra ma'am not only pre menstrual stage but also in regular basis my mood changes. I don't understand what's my problem. I react very badly with others for a simple reason. And in my home i don't have enough space to do my choice. My husband comes home only for 3days in a month. At this stage how can I control my anger and mood ?

U can control it by stress management, doing exercise regularly, hydrating yourself, proper sleep cycle, taking calcium supplements, taking balanced diet, cutting down on intake of caffeine and sweets.

Hi Rimjhim Roy !mood swings are usually common before periods also known as Pre Menstrual Syndrome . These occur due to hormonal changes.
