Hi all, I am worried about the frequent mood swings of my 8 year old son. He becomes so impatient and restless some times. How do I find out the reason behind it?

Hi Shweta! I wud appreciate if u cud discuss in detail on what issues he becomes impatient n how does he behave to show his impatience? Like does he throw tantrums, throws away things or starts arguing etc. i wud also like to know how u generally react in such a scenario?

Some hyper active kids become restless and especially boys become anxious of what next. U can put him in some extra curricular classes according to his talents and wish. U can put him in yoga class so that he gets better concentration and power to control his emotions. Mind will calm down and children will develop coherent thinking capacity.

Mood swings are common for 7 to 8 years old kids. First stay calmed and tried to understand his emotions, feelings and reason of depression or stressed. Help him with understand. Giving kids rewards can sometimes be temporarily useful. You can also give him Active kids Immuno Boosters. It tastes like chocolates and helps to build your kids immunity and change his sad mood.
