motion problem

From birth he doesn't go motion daily. twice r thrice a day he use to go. but now for a week his motion is in black color nd he too has pain in stomach often. not eating well, in the beginning of this black motion for the first two days he has high temperature(103) and severe pain in stomach. what I do for him.

it happens only if the child doesnt eat proper diet. for this you need to give child proper and healthy diet and more important is add soups in the diet especially spinach soup it will be very helpful if the child is passing hard motions. you can use milk of magnesia the dosage will be 5ml if the child is above 2 years 2 times a day
