My 1&half month old baby is passing mucous & watery stool since 2days... is it safe?

hi Jyothiramyee! is the baby on breastfeed?whats the frequency? keep feeding him at regular intervals and keeps his hands and toys clean.

yes he is on breast feed & his frequency is 2 or 2½ hrs
