Hi seema khan ! Aap khali pet jyada der nahi rahey. jin cheezon se ulti ho rahi hai unhe avoid karey. Bahar ka khana, fried food ,gas wali cheezein jaise patta gobhi, gobhi,bhindi etc. miada se bani cheezin nahi khayein. agar ulti jyada ho rahi hai to Apne doctor ko jarur consult Karen. Thodi thodi der mai thoda thoda khana lijiye jaise salads, fruits, peanuts etc

seema khan aapko Bhookh Nahin lagti aur sath mein ulti bhi aati hai iske liye aapko kuch khaaney piney mein change krna hoga... Subah ke Samay expecting mothers ko ulti Aana morning sickness Ki Nishani Hai ...iske liye aap ek Sath Jyada khana naa khakar Apni diet ko 5-6 chote Meals Mein divide Karen ... aur jitna ho sake Hari pattedar sabjiyan fruit or milk lein... Isliye thode thode Samay per Kuchh liquid lete rhein.. jaise lassi coconut water... jahan tak ho sake apni Neend Puri rakhein aur thand se bachav rakhen ...
