When it comes to using packaged aata for daily consumption we all have some or the other brand's preferences. But my question is whether it is good to consume multigrain aata on a daily basis or should restrict its consumption to some days in a week. What are the benefits to our health when we consume multigrain aata in our normal diet on a day-to-day basis. Can anyone help with any sort of suggestions? What about multigrain aata?

Hi Minu Maheswari! Yes, a multi grain atta is beneficial for each and every one. I would suggest rather buying multi grain atta from market prepare on your own. Than surely it will be more healthier, more hygienic, more fibre, more fruitful for health. For preparing it in home take equal quantities of powdered grain and mix all together. Majorly in multi grain atta ragi, oats, whole wheat, soya bean, bajra and jowar. To increase the she'll life of the flour store it at dry and cool place away from sunlight and water.
