Hi shally dhar , yes I too have overcome this kind of suitation will tell you how I handled. Because kids can see words in slate clearly since we write it big. The chalk which you give to baby will be big so baby can hold it neatly and they can write. So in paper you write A letter big and then ask him to start writing and you can help him. Give him a star if he does good appreciate him. He will slowly understand the concept. Give him some clay exercise his muscles will get strength in writing. He gets neat handwriting. Give him some colourful pencil also he like to hold the pencil and start writing. Give him some time also since kid is just 3. 5 years once they be 4. 5 they will understand much more so we have to wait for they understand. Each kid have unique skills.

Hi shally dhar I have done something for my daughter as she is not interested to write anything in a notebook, Take a4 sheet and write anything which you want to done by your child, and take transparent plastic sheet which we use for packaging clothes and put inside that a4 sheet in a transparent plastic polythene. And give him sketch pen and ask to do his work on that. It is reuseable u can easily rub sketch pen marks on plastic polethene. try it. Ur child will take interest in this for sure.
