my 5 year old child is not having fruits. how to change it

Hi Mounika222. mukka@gmail. com ! Try masking fruits in shakes, custard, fresh fruit jams, spreads etc by blitzing them in mixer. The child will not realise its taste. Also try a particular time wherein the entire family is served a fruit platter .

I also give fruits in pureed form such as strawberry, apples, kiwi in spreads and in smoothies etc. What is that she likes eating Mounika222. mukka@gmail. com ?

Mounika222. mukka@gmail. com you can take your child to fruits shopping, make the fruits appealing, you can ask him to have fruit before if he wants eat his favourite candy or snacks.
