hai Shilpa Patkar ! sometimes the child doesn't intend to be rude ,it's just that he is so occupied in whatever he is doing ,he says whatever comes to his mind so that he could continue with it. u could make sure when u talk to him , u maintain eye contact , tone is soft and y r not complaining. here is a blog u would find useful!Hey!
