Hello Mommies, I am a breastfeed mother of a 10 months old baby. I was continuously feeling him from his birth. Now, when I tried feeding him outer milk ( toned) he doesn't liked its taste, not even 1 sip of that milk he takes. I used all the tricks, from bottle to sipper and bowl and spoon, but all failed. He takes his meals properly. Please help!!

Are you still breast feeding him? If yes then he doesn't need the outer milk. But yes gradually reduce the frequency of it. It is good that he is taking proper milk. Include curd, paneer, kheer and other milk products in it. It is not that milk should be given as drink only, give it in other ways if he likes. Slowly he will develop the taste for it. You can also try by using attractive mugs.

As he is not an year old you should avoid cow milk. Up to 1 year only formula or breast feed I'd advised by doctors. Try formula milk. Again try different samples if he dislikes one. I tried 2-3 varieties then my daughter liked lactogen. After he is year old you can try cow milk

manisha bahuguna, something that worked with me was that i used to express breast milk and then first give the baby a few sips of that and then few sips of normal milk and then alternate it like that. gradually, i reduced the sips of breastmilk. the baby then became comfortable.

Try giving your baby a probiotic mixed with milk or curd. Probiotics have natural microbes that help your baby absorb all essential nutrients, fight diseases like the cold and eventually gain weight. Econorm comes in Tutti Frutti flavor so your toddler will like the taste too!
