My baby fall asleep whenever I breastfeed him plus my breast milk supply is low as per his demand,he is now one+month old ,I have started formula feed,plz help 🙏

Heema chettri please do not start formula milk. Once babies start to take formula milk they avoid taking Breastmilk due to ease of flow of milk from the Bottle. The mantra for breastmilk is; more the demand, better the supply .

Aur raat mai feed jaroor karwayein baby ko, issey bhi milk production increase hota hai. Bacche se connect karne ki koshish karyein. Usey feed karwane se pehle skin to skin contact dijiye, issey bhi oxytocin hormone release hota hai, jissey milk production increase hota hai .

Do you wait for your baby to wake up or you yourself wake him up when he sleeps Heema chettri ?

You can add some milk base feed in your diet and jeera powder, increase water intake this will help you so much
