The moment your baby wakes up let her play for a while and then feed your baby sterilesed water with stage 1 baby cereal. After 2 hours feed your baby with formula 200 ml.. engage your baby in activuties that will make him tired , like put baby on the floor so that the baby canovr around freely and play.. eventually the babyvwill get tired and doze off and then you will have a hungry baby awake wanting food ...After 3 hours feed your baby with mixed vegetable moong and rice khichri with ghee haldi and namak. target should be your baby should finish 3/4 of the bowl... engage baby with toys while the baby eats. follow the same play,sleep.... evening give your baby boiled apple, or potato mixed with curd or sweet potato mashed with milk... let baby play a lot. ..finish your day with khichri.. your baby might be awake at night for feed... you can give 200 ml of formula milk so that the baby sleeps peacefully. your baby's milk intake will reduce if your baby starts solids..

My baby is 9 months old. She takes 180 ml milk in a day. As per solids I give her 3 mils in a day. Is it sufficient for her. As I feel her appetite is this much only.
