Every child is unique and Score growth points according to his strengths and weaknesses . .so you cannot compare him with others, but can help him by massaging his legs with olive oil or mustard oil and exercising them in a cycling motion to get help him crawl , you can give tummy time to the baby for letting him balance himself. The other thing that you have pointed that he has four teeth which are painful , for this you can apply glycerine and consult your doctor for further advice
