My behave like a hyperactive and not concentrate on any one thing.

Dear sir my 8 year old son is very hyperactive and talkative also. He cant quite even for 2 minutes. He is not concentrate on his study in school due to chatting with classmates even while teacher teach in the class. In every PTM teachers complaining for his naughty behavior. due to this he is loosing his grades. please suggest me for improvement.
