hi sangeetharatadia! yes it's indeed a task to make our children eat healthy food. u could have fixed timings for fruits say in the evening before dinner. name it 'chatapata fruity fruit time'. get attractive bowls and add one or two fruits of their choice say banana , strawberry etc.. and rest of yours .cut these in attractive shapes . involve them in plating. also praise them and give them a star or a smiley on eating . if they still don't eat chop fruits finely and add to their shakes, custard, Dalia, fruit punch. with veggies u could make dips, filings give recipes a twist and tailor make it acc to suit there tatse buds and satisfy their palate. hoep this helps!
