Hello dear Parent! Since ur baby will soon be hitting first year, it is advisable to give him everything that adults eat though in puréed or semi solid form like u cud give dalia, with lots of vegetables and fat which can be puréed , suji kheer, sabudana kheer , custard, banana, apple in mashed form, salads like cucumber or carrot in large pieces can be given which baby can hold on n chew, boiled potato, boiled pumpkin, raisins etc, can be given, boiled rice with curd, dal and rice khichri etc. all these things can be given but make sure to give small amounts n while giving solid food such as cucumber etc please ensure it is given only in an adults presence. U cud try giving paneer rich sources such as boiled egg, cheese slices, soyabean, paneer, curd etc. hope this helps!

Hi Himanshu, first of all u need to come out of that mental block that ur son's immune system is poor since he drank powder milk. Healthy fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin c, vitamin E, beta carotene and zinc can help building immune system. After 1 year u can start health drinks as well. So not to worry. U start believing that his immune system is good. U can also ask ur paediatrician for some tonics which can help.
