hi Sangeeta Sharma! I understand your concern. Sangeeta some children need motivation so make sure u accompany him for initial few days when he goes out to play, or make him join a hobby class or take up a sport as per his interest. also please ensure no one is using gadgets at home during mealtime and bedtime. There is minimum distractions around during study time. allow just one hour of screen time during the day.. please have a look at this blog. hope you will find it useful! Hey!
