My daughter age is 4 years old.. I need food chart so I can give proper food .. she is not healthy... she have constipation problem

Hi Sindhu, you can give 3 meals like breakfast,lunch and dinner in addition to this give seasonal fruits, soup, milk and milk product. In snacks you can offer foxnuts, peanuts,home made biscuits, etc . Try to give a balanced diet. Focus on protein and calcium rich diet. For constipation include pears, prunes and plumes. Also increase the fluid intake in child's diet. Avoid giving junk foods or processed and packaged foods. Hi Sindhu Nair! It's common in all kids. How frequently she passes stool? Keep a check that does not eat junk food. Give her more fibre in diet. Keep her hydrated with water. Make sure she eats fruits. I know it's time taking, but try change her lifestyle. In this age she will adapt it. Hi Sindhu Nair ! U would be required to Add fibre to yr child's diet. Add green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, whole grain cereals like ragi, oats, bajra, etc. maintaim hydration. serve her water in between meals ,along with other fluids. U could serve her 3 main course meals along with 2 snacks and 2 cups of milk. Do add dry fruits and ,4-5 eggs per week, non veg and home made paneer to her diet Long with colorful vegetables like bell pepper, mushroom, zucchini, etc.
