my daughter falls sick very often.. how can I increase her immunity?she is 5 and half years n weights only 14 Kgs

immunity is only gained through naturally. make a chart what she is likes and start putting the fruits and vegetables, sprouts and cereals in them. you have to do lot of trail and error everyday. don't miss milk, egg, banana, a small one, and a leafy vegetables everyday. it helps in overall well-being of a child.
