My daughter is 10yrs old but her weight is only 23kgs which is very less... plz help how to increase her height and weight

You shouldn't be worried if she is active, agile, and doing every other things normally. Give her one banana and dry fruits daily.

hi Kavita ! his weight is okay for his age . still if u want to add weight gaining diet, please give him whole milk, buttermilk, curd, yogurt, egg, cheese, paneer , ghee, butter, fruits like avocado, sapota , s vegetables like yam, potato, tapioca, sweet potato, pumpkin and legumes like rajma ,chana, safed chana, etc, add fish and non veg to his diet.. hope this will help!
