Leg Pain Problem

Hi, it is quite common at this age for kids to experience pain in the legs. Their activity gradually increases at this point and hence the pain. You can try massaging your child before bed time daily or as and when required. Use something non sticky as children get easily annoyed with sticky oils. I'd suggest trying Johnsons massage oil. Easily works for my 3. 5 yo

hi Shanu Sud ! it is not unusual for a 3-4 year old child to have this growing pain . although there is no evidence to ascertain it's exact cause it could be due to his activity pattern during daytime.. children of this age are all the time jumping, running, climbing, or doing one or the other physical activity. it's advisable to wash his legs with lukewarm water before he retires to bed. do a gentle massage with light hands, cover his legs with a sheet and make him sleep. if u feel the pain is unbearable for him please do consult your pediatrician. tkcare!
