hi Sheetal Chaudhari! Does she have dandruff in her hair? what's the average hair fall everyday ( roughly how many strands she is loosing)?please take care of her diet . give her iron, calcium, other micronutrients rich diet. also keep her well hydrated. please ensure she has a good 10 to 12 hour undisturbed sleep at night . if possible show her to a good dermatologist who would suggest u some tests if need be . as far as leg pain is concerned it could be growth pain. please ask her to dip her legs in lukewarm water for 10 minutes before sleeping at night . dry it with a towel and massage with a good oil that suit her. after that cover her legs with a sheet and make her sleep . this should make her feel better. if possible again consult ur pediatrician . hope this helps!

hi again! Sheetal loosing 10 to 15 strands a day should not be a cause of much concern. u can give her weight gaining diet such as whole milk, eggs, cheese, paneer ,fish, non-veg, yogurt, ghee, butter, 2 servings of fruits ,2- 3 servings of vegetables, pulses, cereals etc.. give her small frequent meals. involve her in cooking .u can consult your pediatrician once. hope this helps!
