my daughter is 5 yrs old her weight is 14 kg she does not like to eat anything her immune system is too weak plz sugest me some healthy food items for her

try almond milk and animal protein if you don't happen to be a vegan. You can also try dalia or broken wheat cooked in ghee. banana shake and mango shake also give a lot of carb which is beneficial in gaining weight.

sometimes she may be having constipation or intestinal worms. by correcting that she may get good hunger

hii kity .. 5 yr kid should likely to be 17 to 18 kg .. give her banana milk, pomegranate, n other fruits n dry fruits .. green veg n grains etc
