hi Rajni Kansal ! girls usually gain height around puberty. also the height of a child depends on many factors including height of both parents , diet of a child and physical activity.. it's advisable to serve her a balanced nutritious diet with all essential nutrients. besides please ensure to involve her in any physical activity such as swimming, cycling, lawn tennis as per her interest.. she could do stretching exercises and also hang from a rod everyday.. hope this helps!

my daughter is 9 years old she is just 129 CMS n 24 kgs weight she had a tonsils n adonoids operated she is not all taking food properly not even juices how can I make her to gain weight and height myself and my husband are5. 6 feet height

hiii.. I can understand your concern... I personally had an experience regarding it... all I can say is don't force ur child to exercise or to hv any sort of pills to increase height.. all this will cause only depression in ur child... I heard some 20 yrs ago that a surgery is being held in cmc which takes a month time or so which helps in increasing height...
