How to increase weight in kids.

If your daughter is physically active, then give ghee fried stuffed parathas/ghee fried cheelas/pan cakes in the morning. Home made butter cookies, home made french fries or pakoras or home made pinni laddoo/suji halwa in winter, banana shake in the evenings (atleast 3 hours prior to major meal). 30-40 minutes before lunch platter full of organic fruit to balance out evening snacks. With lunch a cheese slice and one tub of full cream yoghurt. Definitely get her tonsils and adenoids checked thoroughly by paediatrician, now a days the junk food/processed sugary foods/ice creams/chocolates/toffees/fried foods with preservatives/additives available outside can lead to these issues. Also watch if child is too restless at night, snores and stays fatigued during day. These kids have difficulty eating properly because of big tonsils and/or adenoids. Avoid giving the child- too much ginger, dried methi, too spicy food. Plenty of water to drink but not just before major meal. Good Luck.
