Hi Bhuvi, Give her three meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to milk and snacks. Give foods like idli, ragi porridge, daliya, suji kheer, kicdhi, stuffed paratha of paneer, potato, sweet potato. Include vegetables like elephants foot, colocasia, spinach and try to offer all the seasonal fruits and vegetable. Give variety in food and make them more presentable and encourage child to eat by eating together.

Hi Bhuvi! I do understand your concern. You could add weight gaining foods such as potato, sweet potato, lentils ,beans, homemade paneer ,egg dry, fruits, non veg to your child's diet. Serve food with family members by making the child sit on a high chair. She will imitate and gradually learn to be independent. Make meal time fun time. let her experiment with food by eating on her own. There are Research studies to prove that children who eat on their own since an early age become less fussy eaters.

Helo bhuvi till two years you can breastfeed your baby and give foods rich in protein. You can give your baby what the entire family eat. Additionally give paneer sort of foods. You can roast the dry fruits powder it and add to the dosa batter or chapati dough. Try to avoid soups, juices or liquid items for your baby as it will only fill their stomach. You can give them patties, cutlets made of vegetables or even meat.
