my kids are avoiding healthy foods ..I am worried about their health... they also look so lean... pls suggest some healthy food to make they chubby

hi Vidhu Bala! this is a misconception that being chubby is synonymous with being healthy. please make sure your children are active, cheerful and healthy . serve them a balanced nutritious diet with all the nutrients on his plate and not concentrated with one or two. u could give them whole grain cereals, whole wheat bread, chapati, rice ,2 cups of fruits, 2 cups of milk/ curd/ yogurt, cheese with an egg /non veg, 2-3 cups of vegetables . plan an active schedule with them with time for rest, play and recreation and studies . please make sure they go for outdoor play and are not hooked on to gadgets as usually the more of physical activity leads to a better appetite. besides this with your doctor's advise deworm your children if u haven't done it so far. tkcare!
