hi sikhara... my doctor said no need to worry... n let's wait for foetal anomaly scan.. but I couldn't stop worrying. ..as I already lost my foetus at 6th month last time due to placental dysfunction... n here the report says tat... low PAPPA level results to placental dysfunction...

hi Divyaa! the low PAPP -A levels obtained during first trimester screening could be markers for chromosomal disorders and anomalies in the foetus and also specific pregnancy related complications. it is advisable to go in for further investigation to rule out any obstetrical related complications and ensure fetal well-being. What your doc had to say after seeing this report? follow your gynaecologist's advise or go in for second opinion.
