hi Ruhi Siraj Paliza ! whats the height of ur baby ? please don't panic and get disturbed by what people say. serve him small frequent meals. give him a balanced diet. take care of teh emotional well being of yr child by providing him a healthy, happy and a safe environment. here is a blog which will alleviate some of ur worries. please go through it.
