hi Ivy Saha! the weight of 3 year 4 months boy should be between 13 to 18 kgs. if he's slightly on the higher side, consider reducing his intake of carbohydrates, refined flour based dishes and junk food . Instead give him 2-3 serving of fruits and 2 cups of mik, whole grain cereals , vegetables, legumes , fish and poultry .

Hello Ivy, if possible please take him to the park for playing with other children on a regular basis . You can arrange swimming classes for him. Please keep in mind how much oil and sugar he is consuming on daily basis. If you are giving him Soya chunk very often, please reduce it. Ask him to help you in small household works. Though he is very small , but both of you can do some free hand exercises and yoga. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR CHILD'S PEDIATRICIAN FOR A PROPER DIET CHART.
