Hello Annapurna if your child is active then nothing to worry. Give foods which are rich in proteins, include more greeny vegetables, fish, meat, egg. You can also give soups. Main thing is your kid has to be healthy not that he is looking thin or fat. Adding honey to milk wont make him look thin and all.

Hi Annapurna !as the child is active is spending energy in physical activities like playing etc you need to give him energy dense food such as banana with milk and dry fruits, little bit of butter, homemade paneer ,lentils like rajma, chickpeas, Kabuli chana etc. also try to give non veg, fish and 4-5 eggs in a week this would definitely help in weight gain of your child.

Hi Annapurna, your child weight is normal and honey milk has nothing to do with child not gaining weight. You can give food like stuffed paratha of paneer, spinach, potato, sweet potato, ragi porridge, idli, dosa, upma, vegetable soup, egg, nuts and seasonal fresh fruits.
